Student/Prepared Food Agreement

Some course curriculums in the areas of Family and Consumer Science, Foreign Language and Social Studies may include projects that involve Student or Parent prepared foods that are made at home.  In order to help with health and safety issues, please complete this agreement and return with your child with the project is presented.
